As much fun as travelling may sound, we all know that it can get a bit daunting at times. The most frequently confronted problem by people on the go is indigestion, and we know how an disturb stomach can put a crimp in our day. To have a great travelling encounter there's a set of dos and don'ts which on being strictly followed, can make our travelling memorable. You may want to stay more careful when you are travelling for work, a a single moment of weakness as a glutton might cost you the important meeting that you're travelling for.

To begin with the dos, one cannot evade the importance of right eating habits. While having a vacation, you get the bug of devouring everything sold on the streets in the form of local junk food. This habit could easily pass for an urge to experiment, which is considered good as long as it doesn't come at the cost of your health.

For those who don't know, street food is one of the foods that's extremely prone to pollution. And if your digestive system isn't used to those types of food, you might end up with stomach flu.

If you're out of your comfort zone and you're not very comfortable with the food they serve, it is best to opt for fresh fruits and canned goods instead. More often than not, there is no harm in eating canned goods and fruits instead of having inappropriately cooked local recipes. Another thing that you have to consider is your hands. Frequent hand washing is the number one step in preventing the spread of diseases.

Never go on board with local wines. This may encounter as an assertive remarks but local wines have been found guilty of smearing many people's travelling experience. Always understand, what you ingest will directly affect your mood, so try to steer away from oily food to maintain a healthy travelling experience.
